Return / Exchange Policy
DUE TO COVID-19 WE HAVE EXTENDED OUR RETURN DEADLINE BY TWO WEEKS (FOR ANY ORDER PLACED AFTER 3/10/20).
OUR MAIN CONCERN IS FOR YOUR SAFETY, SO PLEASE FEEL FREE TO CONTACT US BY EMAIL AT email@example.com IF FURTHER EXTENSION IS REQUIRED.
WE TRULY HOPE YOU AND YOUR LOVED ONES ARE STAYING HEALTHY, HAPPY, SAFE, AND SOUND DURING THESE TURBULENT TIMES.
We hope that all of our customers will be happy with the product, but just in case you do want to send it back, we do offer Returns and Exchanges. All items can be returned for a full refund or for an exchange as long as the package that is sent back to us is delivered within 30 calendar days of the delivery date.
Eligibility For A Return / Exchange:
- filled out Return/Exchange Form (contained in every order)
- your item must be unused and show no signs of wear
- items must have all Little Black Tux tags attached
- items must not be washed or worn
- any item not in its original condition - damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be accepted.
No Return's & Exchanges on Accessories - includes neck wear & pocket squares
Do not forget to obtain and keep your postage receipt / tracking number in case your package gets lost on its way to us. We are not be held liable for any returns that are lost or has not been confirmed to be delivered to our address.
How To Return
Pack up your return and make sure it meets the requirements for an eligible return. Please fill out the Return / Exchange Form that was included in the original order.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received/delivered to us, it will be inspected/checked in within 2-3 business days. If it meets the standards of being eligible for a return then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original form of payment within 5-7 business days from when the item(s) were checked in.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If a discount was applied to your purchase the amount refunded will reflect the discounted amount/total. Shipping costs are only refunded if your order/package was not delivered on time.
A Restocking Fee is only applied if the Subtotal Amount (purchase total excluding shipping cost) exceeds the amount of $2,000.00 and 90% or more of the merchandise is returned.
Please fill out the Return / Exchange form that is included with the original packaging. For an exchange please return the item you would like to exchange. Once it is received and checked in we will go ahead and send out the size and style you requested from the Return / Exchange form. All exchanges sent out through ground delivery on Little Black Tux (we pay for Ground Shipping).
Orders shipped internationally are eligible for returns but not exchanges. Please fill out the Return / Exchange form that is included with the original packaging and indicate that it is a refund. Once it is received and checked in we will go ahead and credit/refund you. Customers held responsible for return shipping and handling fees (duties, taxes, or tariffs if applicable). We currently do not offer return labels on international orders. For an exchange please send back what you want to return and we will pay for the freight cost to have it shipped back out to you. Contiguous States regarded as International Shipments: Guam and Puerto Rico.
