Return / Exchange Policy

We accept returned merchandise provided it is in its original packaging and in unused condition with tags attached accompanied by an original receipt within 30 days of the order's delivery.

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN, YOU MUST SUBMIT A RETURN REQUEST AND RECEIVE AN RMA#.

Listed below are the steps to request a return/exchange:

  1. Visit our returns center at: https://mylbt.returnscenter.com.
  2. Login to the portal using your order no. and email address.
  3. Follow the steps to request your refund, exchange, or store credit.
  4. Securely pack the merchandise in its original packaging.
  5. Fill out and enclose your completed Return / Exchange Form.
  6. Ship your return at an authorized drop-off carrier facility.

Any form, confirmation, or print out with either an ORDER# or RMA# will be accepted as your 'proof of purchase' / original receipt.

    RETURN SHIPPING
    Return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility and non-refundable, provided are 2 methods to ship your return:

        • Use Carrier Of Your Choice -     (exchanges, refunds, & store credit)
        • Use Prepaid Shipping Label -     (refunds & store credit)

        "Carrier Of Your Choice" -  customer can use any freight service carrier of their choice to ship their return.  Recommend is insurance or obtaining of tracking details as we are not liable for any lost or untraceable packages.

        "Prepaid Shipping label" -  customer agrees that $10 will be deducted from their total refund or store credit amount.

        IF "Prepaid Shipping Label" is used for an exchange, customer will be sent a $10 invoice via email requesting payment for the prepaid shipping label. Click on "Complete Your Purchase" located at the bottom of the invoice to directly apply payment. The prepaid return shipping label will be emailed to the customer within 1 business day of receiving the payment.

        EXCHANGES

        Please note that Distribution checks in and inspects all returned items within 1-2 business days.  Exchange orders are then processed and shipped within 1 business day with priority service at no cost to the customer.

        Make sure to note the style and size you need for your exchange when creating your return request as well as on your Return/Exchange Form.

        Due to transit and processing time, it can take 7-14 days to receive your requested exchange.  If you are pressed for time, we suggest a new order be placed for the items you need and sending back your return for a refund / credit instead. Please note all new orders are shipped out within 1 business day making it a much quicker process.

        TIP: Distribution will pull your return from the queue to expedite the fulfillment process if you clearly mark “EXCHANGE” on all sides of your return package.

        Exchange orders that is returned must be received by our Distribution Center within 45 days of the original order's delivery date.  Any exchanged item that is returned after the 45 day window will no longer be eligible for a return/refund and will be shipped back to the customer.

        REFUNDS

        All items are checked in and inspected within 1-2 business days. Refunds are then issued within 5-7 business days and are applied to the same form of payment used when placing the original order.

        Depending on the card issuer it can take 1-3 business days for a credit to post once a refund has been issued.  PayPal credits are available immediately or once the refund has been issued.

        LATE / MISSING REFUND
        If a discount was applied to your purchase the amount refunded will reflect the discounted amount/total. Shipping costs are only refunded if your order/package was not delivered on time.

        Restocking fee is only applied if the Subtotal Amount (purchase total excluding shipping cost) exceeds the amount of $2,000.00 and 90% or more of the merchandise is returned.

        INCORRECT / FAULTY ITEM 

        Please contact us within 7 business days of receiving the faulty item.  You will be required to send images when submitting your return request.  Complimentary return shipping labels are only provided once your return request is created.  Once the faulty item has been checked in and inspected a replacement will be sent.

        INTERNATIONAL
        We accept returns on international orders.  Customers are responsible for shipping charges when mailing a return.  Enclosed must be a completed Return/Exchange Form indicating your request for a Refund, Exchange, or Store Credit.

        ELIGIBILITY 

        Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving the original order. Exchanged items must be received within 45 days of receiving the original order to be eligible for a refund.

        We reserve the right to reject any item that does not meet our stand of eligibility.  Please make sure all items returned are in its original state, with all tags attached and in original packing material.

        We do NOT accept neckwear and pocket squares.  Additional accessories that have been opened or used will not be accepted.
