We gladly accept returned merchandise, provided it meets the following conditions:

  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • It must be in unused condition with all tags attached.
  • You must include the original receipt.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the order's delivery.

IN ORDER TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN, YOU ARE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT A RETURN REQUEST AND OBTAIN AN RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number).

Listed below are the steps to request a return/exchange:

  1. Visit our returns center
  2. Login to the portal using your order no. and email address.
  3. Follow the steps to request your refund, exchange, or store credit.
  4. Securely pack the merchandise in its original packaging.
  5. Fill out and enclose any form of documentation with either the original order no., first & last name, or RMA no.
  6. Ship your return at an authorized drop-off carrier facility.

Any document, confirmation, or printout containing either an ORDER# or RMA# will be accepted as your valid 'proof of purchase' or original receipt.

RETURN SHIPPING
Return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility and non-refundable. We offer 2 methods to ship your return:

  1. Carrier Of Your Choice (exchanges, refunds, & store credit)
  2. Prepaid Shipping Label (refunds & store credit)

#1: Carrier Of Your Choice
Customers are free to select any freight service carrier they prefer for returning their items. However, we strongly recommend securing insurance or obtaining tracking details, as we cannot assume responsibility for any lost or untraceable packages.

#2: Prepaid Shipping label

Customers acknowledge and agree to a $10 deduction from their total refund or store credit amount.

IF the "Prepaid Shipping Label" option is chosen for an exchange, the customer will receive a $10 invoice via email, requesting payment for the prepaid shipping label. To make this payment, simply click on the "Complete Your Purchase" option located at the bottom of the invoice. The prepaid return shipping label will be emailed to the customer within 1 business day of receiving payment. 

EXCHANGES
Please be aware that our Distribution Center conducts thorough checks and inspections of all returned items within 1-2 business days. Exchange orders are then promptly processed and shipped within 1 business day, prioritized and at no additional cost to you.

When initiating your return request and completing your Return/Exchange Form, be sure to specify the style and size you require for your exchange.

Due to the transit and processing time involved, please allow 7-14 days to receive your requested exchange. If time is of the essence, we recommend placing a new order for the items you need and returning the original purchase for a refund or credit. It's worth noting that all new orders are shipped out within 1 business day, significantly expediting the process.

Pro Tip: Mark "EXCHANGE" clearly on all sides of your return package to prompt our Distribution team to expedite the fulfillment process.

For exchange orders, items must be received by our Distribution Center within 45 days of the original order's delivery date. Any exchange item returned after this 45-day window will no longer be eligible for a return or refund and will be returned to the customer.

REFUNDS
Within 1-2 business days, all items are carefully checked and inspected. Subsequently, refunds are promptly processed and issued within 5-7 business days. These refunds are applied to the same form of payment that was used when placing the original order.

Please be aware that the exact timing of the credit posting to your account may vary depending on your card issuer, taking anywhere from 1 to 3 business days once the refund has been issued. For PayPal payments, credits are either immediately available or become accessible once the refund has been processed.

REFUND FOR LATE / MISSING ITEMS
If a discount was applied to your purchase, please note that the refunded amount will reflect the discounted total. Additionally, shipping costs are eligible for a refund only in cases where your order or package was not delivered on time.

It's important to be aware that a restocking fee is exclusively applied when the Subtotal Amount (the purchase total excluding shipping costs) surpasses $2,000.00, and if 90% or more of the merchandise is returned.

INCORRECT / FAULTY ITEMS
If you receive an incorrect or faulty item, kindly reach out to us within 7 business days of receiving the product. We will request that you provide images when submitting your return request. Complimentary return shipping labels will be issued only after your return request is successfully created.

Once we receive the faulty item and conduct a thorough inspection, we will promptly dispatch a replacement to ensure your satisfaction.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
We do accept returns for international orders. However, please note that customers are responsible for covering the shipping charges when returning items from abroad. Along with your return, please include a any form of documentation that clearly indicates your preference for either a Refund, Exchange, or Store Credit. This will help us process your international return efficiently.

ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for returns or exchanges, please keep in mind the following criteria:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving the original order.
  • Exchanged items must reach us within 45 days of receiving the original order to qualify for a refund.
  • We retain the right to reject any item that does not meet our eligibility standards.
  • Ensure that all returned items are in their original condition, with all tags attached, and still within their original packing material.

Please note that we do not accept returns for neckwear and pocket squares. Additionally, any additional accessories that have been opened or used will not be accepted for return or exchange.
