Return / Exchange Policy

We absolutely accept returns on items sent we receive within 30 days of the order's delivery date

PLEASE SUBMIT A RETURN REQUEST PRIOR TO SENDING US YOUR RETURN.

Follow the steps listed below to submit your return request.

  1. Use your Order No. and Email Address to login to our Return's Center portal at https://mylbt.returnscenter.com
  2. Follow the steps in the portal to submit your request for a Refund, Exchange, or Store Credit.
  3. Securely pack the merchandise in its original packaging and make sure all items are in new and unused condition with intact tags attached.
  4. Enclose your completed Return / Exchange Form (included with every order).  We do not accept any return without some form of Proof of Purchase:  Return / Exchange Form, Packing Slip, or Order Confirmation.
  5. Take your return to an authorized drop-off location/carrier facility – Please refer to the shipping instructions we send via email once your return request is approved.

Please note you will be required to select how to ship your return when submitting your request.

1. Using Prepaid Shipping Label -  Refund and Store Credit

2. Using Carrier of Your Choice - Refund, Exchange, & Store Credit

REFUND TURNAROUND

All items are checked in and inspected within 1-3 business days. Refunds are then issued within 5-7 business days and are applied to the same form of payment used when placing the original order.

Depending on the financial institution it can take 1-3 business days for a credit to post once a refund has been issued.  PayPal credits are available immediately or once the refund has been issued.

LATE OR MISSING REFUND
If a discount was applied to your purchase the amount refunded will reflect the discounted amount/total. Shipping costs are only refunded if your order/package was not delivered on time.

A Restocking Fee is only applied if the Subtotal Amount (purchase total excluding shipping cost) exceeds the amount of $2,000.00 and 90% or more of the merchandise is returned.

EXCHANGES
Exchanges are shipped at no cost to the customer. They are processed within 1 business day from when the item was checked in and inspected. Tracking details are sent via email once the exchange order is fulfilled.  Please make sure to note the style and size when submitting your return request and on your Return/Exchange Form.

Due to transit and processing time, it can take 7-14 days to receive your requested exchange.  If you are pressed for time we suggest you place a new order and return the item for a refund/credit instead.  All new orders are shipped out within 1-2 business days.

TIP: Expedite your exchange by clearly marking the word "EXCHANGE" on all sides of your return package. Our Distribution Center will pull your return from the queue to expedite the process!

INTERNATIONAL:
We accept returns on international orders.  Customers are responsible for shipping charges when mailing a return.  Enclosed must be a completed Return/Exchange Form indicating your request for a Refund, Exchange, or Store Credit.

INCORRECT / FAULTY ITEM 

Please contact us within 7 business days of receiving the faulty item.  You will be required to send images when submitting your return request.  Complimentary return shipping labels are only provided once your return request is approved.  Once the faulty item has been checked in and inspected a replacement will be sent.

NON-ELIGIBLE ITEMS

We reserve the right to reject any item that does not meet our stand of eligibility.  We do NOT neckwear, pocket squares, or additional accessories that have been opened or used.
